Root canal treatment

A root canal treatment is necessary in the cases of inflamed or even necrotic pulpa. The cause of this is bacteria entering the pulpa through tooth decay or an accident affecting the teeth. The infection hurts, the patient has trouble chewing and a hot/cold sensitivity – still, in some cases the inflammation even remains undiscovered. A root canal treatment is the final attempt to save the diseased teeth. During the root canal treatment the inflamed pulpa will be removed, the resulting cavity is disinfected and tightly sealed afterwards. Using the latest technology this treatment is highly successful.

Implantology

Healthy teeth and a closed dental arch are attractive. They are as important to managing everyday tasks such as speaking, eating, laughing and kissing, as they are for the patient’s general health. The loss of one or a number of teeth might interfere with all of the aforementioned abilities. If you have lost your own teeth or the fate of losing your teeth is imminent, we can help you. With the help of modern dental implantology you can regain lost quality of life. Fast, gentle and long-lasting.

Esthetic Dentistry

An esthetic appearance and the harmonic integration of your teeth into your face are associated with numerous positive characteristics. Beautiful teeth for example can signalise luck, success and self-confidence. In addition, nice and healthy teeth will provide you with well-being and self-assurance in dealing with other people and every-day life.
With modern treatment methods, this is achievable for everyone today.

Restorative dentistry

By using computer-aided procedures it is possible to produce dental prostheses quickly and precisely. An optical impression of the teeth is made which serves as the base for the 3D-planning. Following this, the prosthesis is cut out of a block of hard ceramics. Due to the quick production process it is possible to fit the prosthesis the very same day.

Complex treatment cases

Complicated treatment cases require expertise in different areas of dentistry such as esthetics, orthodontics, implantology, parodontology and prosthodontics. Since we combine these skills and cooperate in an interdisciplinary way within our own office we are able to guarantee our patients the very best results even in complex cases.

Professional dental hygiene

To support our patients’ oral health we developed a prevention concept which specifically supports our patients according to their individual risk and needs. Even after finishing treatment we will supporting our patients professionally to preserve the long-term therapy success.

Parodontitis

Parodontitis is an inflammatory illness of the periodontal apparatus, the so called periodontium, which can lead to a loosening of the teeth and – in the worst cases – even to the loss of them.

Complex treatment case

Parallel to this missing teeth were replaced with implants. The final reconstruction was performed using full-ceramic single restorations.

Replacement of a missing upper molar

Treatment sequence for the replacement of a missing upper first molar with an implant-supported crown. At the beginning of the treatment the available bone volume was analyzed using a three-dimensional x-ray (cone beam computed tomography, CBCT). The ideal implant position was planned on the computer prior to the surgery. This allowed for a predictable and minimally invasive placement of the implant. As the bone volume was limited towards the maxillary sinus, a minimally invasive bone graft was performed in the same surgery. After a healing period of three months the final full-ceramic implant-supported crown was fabricated.
