Innovative by experience
In accordance with this motto our practice has been developing innovations, new methods and techniques of treatment in both the medical and dental medical field for decades. Many contacts to international universities, research institutes and companies arose from cooperating in these fields. For inventing and developing the new product “OptraGate”, our office received – together with the Ivoclar Vivadent AG – the Medical Design Excellence Award (MDEA).
OptraGate
OptraGate is a user-friendly circular lip and cheek retractor to widen the area of treatment. It allows complete access to the area of work without obstruction with instruments or hands. Thanks to the three-dimensional elasticity, if needed all jaw movements are possible during the time of treatment. Hence, OptraGate can remain applied from the beginning to the end of the procedure.
Optradam
OptraDam is an anatomically shaped coffer dam which can be applied without metal braces. Due to the integrated three-dimensional frame OptraDam can be applied by one person and offers full view of the working area. The most flexible material offers high comfort to the patient even during long treatment sessions.
